Management Joint Trust (MJT) was founded in 1969 by its current Board President Edouard Owczarczak, a Harvard Business School graduate and lecturer for 20 years on financial markets at the University of Geneva. MJT offers a proprietary and standardized approach for risk analysis in financial markets and for timing of investment and trading decisions.

Since 1980, MJT produces and distributed through the on-line networks, Transpac, Datex P, Ethernet etc... the "Decider", a decisional product widely used by financial institutions:

In 2015, Jean-François Owczarczak, Edouard's son, became CEO of MJT. Jean-François holds the CFTe certification (Certified Financial Technican) delivered by IFTA, the International Federation of Technical Analysts ( IFTA.org ) and was Awarded the Bronwen Wood Memorial Award in 2013 for having achieved the best CFTe diploma paper in the world during that previous year (2012). His regular interviews and publication got MJT nominated as Finalist in the 2015 "the Technical Analyst" Awards for its retail offering FinGraphs. Jean-François also holds the FRM certification (Financial Risk Manager) delivered by GARP (the Global association of Risk Professionals).
